Hi,

PSP games tend to be a bit cheaper in value since they are for handheld systems. Though this could be a glitch in the system. If it doesn't change in the next two days, please let me know and we will look into this issue. The system might just need an update.

Yes, you can trade with members that don't have Direct Trade by clicking request direct trade and then a red box should appear and then press "Allow" in that message box to force request.
