Cool way to smash cop cars

When you start the game (load a profile if you have more than 1 profile like I do; its easier), go into the green marker in 1 of the garages. Go to select vehicle. Select "Utility" from the type of vehicle you want to drive. Select the Wrecker (tow truck) and relocate to the safe house. Next, drive in the direction of the police station (if you beat the game, you should know where it is after completing the mission where you plant a C4 on Corrigan's desk and then escape in the 2006 era). When you are next to the police station, pause the game and place a green marker so you don't forget where it is. Next (while the game is paused), go to settings and select the "cheats" option. Make sure the cheat that enables the car YOU are driving to be indestructable is on. The next step is very simple: get the cops to chase you (simple as 1,2,3)! When a cop car is on your tail (chasing you from behind instead of the side), stop the tow truck and back up into the cop car so that you will start towing it. Once you did that, drive to the police station. Drive up the ramp so you are on the roof of the parking lot for the police station. Drive full speed towards the little ramp (its yellow in a corner; you should see it when you drive up there) and jump off the ramp. When you are in the air, release the cop car (click the right thumbstick) and watch as you land and the cop car hits the ground and gets heavy damage after bouncing around a lot (it should land on the front end and bounce off the ground and land on the rear end). NOTE: When performing this, its best that you enter slow- motion (press the D- pad down) so you can see every detail. If you are at a view where you can't see the cop car, press the black button to change view when in slo-mo and the white button to speed things up. WARNING: The cop car MIGHT LAND ON ITS WHEELS. If so, repeat procedure. NOTE: You can perform this with any car you want.
Helicopter in 2006 era

From the safe house, go straight to the police station parking (where you did the cool thing with the tow truck and cop car). When you get up there, you will see a police helicopter there. Unfortunately, you CANNOT fly the helicopter. Fortunately, you CAN blow it up for fun. NOTE: Make sure you are in the 2006 era when looking for the helicopter; it is not up there in the 1978 era unfortunately.
Retarded civilians

NOTE: This only works with a car, NOT a motorcycle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When you are being chased by cops and you lose them or they lose you, you should ditch your car (to see retarded civilians, ditch your car in the middle of a busy road because everyone drives fast on those roads). Once you do that, go on the sidewalk and face the road. Act like a normal civilian just hangin' out. While looking at the road, you should see a civilian in a car crash into your ditched car.
Cops run over civilians

When cops are chasing you, and you are near a sidewalk, cops may try to get to the side of the car nearest to the side walk. When they do that, look to the side or behind you to see cops driving on the sidewalk hitting and running over civilians.
