A prime example of: "Too much of a good thing is bad."

Well, to start off you should have played the Sands of Time already, while this game is certainly no Sands of Time, it's a decent game none the less...

First, the pros:

New Combat system.
Great Graphics!
Still some great platforming.

Then, the CONS:

Combat... EVERYWHERE, just thrown, everywhere.
Glitches... lots of glitches. While I myself did not experience any, there are LOTS out there.
Repeating the same platforming areas over and over again isn't all that fun.
Lack of story.
Lack of all the great dialogue that made the first one great.

That being said, here's the rating:

Gameplay: 7/10
Graphics: 9/10
Sound: 7.5/10 Clashing metal is not always a good thing.
Storyline: 6/10

Overall: 7/10. While it falls short of the first and isn't all that great of a game I still enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone that has played the first.

i dont know what other people tell you about this game but i think that this is probably the best out of all the prince of persia games the first one was awesome but this one takes the first one and makes it fun for people who like to cut a guys head off then throw a sword in another guys head and flip and stab the third guy play this game you get to make awesome fighting stragetys and explore the 2nd part of the prince of persia storyline
