Best Modern Star Wars game available!!!

Create your own character from a variety of classes and give them whatever attributes you want. Starting aboard a starship, The Endar Spire, commanded by a powerful young Jedi Bastila Shan, you are attacked by the Sith and forced to abandon ship and escape to the nearby planet of Taris. From there, with the help of Carth Onasi, a veteran, you devise a way to rescue Bastila and escape Taris. Once off Taris, you flee to Dantooine, where the Jedi Council sends you on a quest with Bastila to rid the galaxy of the Sith once again. Taking place 1000 years before the movies, Knights of the Old Republic has an excellent story. Combined with a unique combat mode and amazing characters, Knights of the Old Republic has proven itself to be the best Star Wars game created. It's awesome.

When I bought this game, I was expecting just another Star Wars game. After playing for only 1 hour, I was hooked on the game and its sequel for a very long time. This game has everything that a great game requires. Not only is it an incredible RPG, but it also incorporates strategy and a powerful storyline as well. Another aspect I really liked was that there is no solid path to go. You can complete the main objectives of this game in your own order. This game is hands down one of the best XBOX games out there.

Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic, Overclocking your XBOX never felt so good

The game features excellent graphics, but suffers at times from a few lags. The character creation screen is very cool, and allows for decent customization. Force powers are extensive, the only problem being, the number of skill points that are obtainable versus the number of gainable levels.

Plot twists are few and far between in this game, but pack a serious punch. The few number of plot twists that redefine who people are, help keep the game from turning into an intergalactic soap opera.

If you have an XBOX, this game is something great to purchase. New and Used copies run less than $10 at stores like Gamestop.

This is a really really great game! Excellent graphics, great storyline, so many options during gameplay, excellent characters, detailed dialogue, and spectacular level design! This is a truly excellent RPG game, and a must own for the Xbox. I can't wait to play KOTOR II!

This game is a must have for any XBOX owner.

The XBOX is a brilliant Sixth-generation console with amazing games but one of the most outstanding games ever on the system would have to be Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) made by the Canadian game company, Bioware.

To start the basic understanding of the game, it is a 3D Role-Playing game (RPG). In this Star Wars Universe-set game, the galaxy is in a terrible war between the honorable Jedi and the destructive Sith. The sith (led by Darth Malak) have attacked your ship at the starting of the game in attempt to find a girl named Bastilla. You are sent down in escape pods to go find her down on a planet of Taris where your adventure begins.

Now, about laying down the rating of the game really depends on what you are; a Star Wars fan, a RPG fan, or just a gamer looking for a game with pure potential.

RATINGS:

Graphics 8/10
I'm not necessarily a graphics snob so I don't really have a whole standpoint here, but the graphics in the game are decent. Every now an then there are clipping errors and graphical glitches that can have you chuckling despite how serious the scene is.

Story 10/10
This is honestly, without a doubt what is so outstanding about this game. Now you've probably already gathered from the title, It's all about a war...In the stars. But before you judge, think about this the every character in your party (About 9 people) has a very ingaging plot line of their own, there are hundreds of sidequests for non party members, thousands of items to collect and the opportunity to live the story through light or dark.

Gameplay 9/10
This is going to be short, I really can't say much about the controls, the actions are nicely assigned to each button and the game's easy to navigate through.

Overall, this game is, like I said, a must have.

this game, is by far one of the best Role Playing games I have experienced in my long gaming tenure. I have played everything from Twisted Metal to World of Warcraft. This game not only offers a diverse multitude of free play, but makes you feel as though you are actually there, making decesions that will either save, or condemn the universe to darkness. The character monologue is the best I have heard yet, and the different paths, choices, as well as character class and weaponry are PC worthy. Its one game that I love to go back and play agian, regardless how many high-tech games are released. Definately a must play

Hey yeah i know its kinda old but definantly my favorite game of all time and no one should should go with out playing it ever i will never stop playing this game, even thought i own all the next gen systems, i will never stop playing this game.

My favorite Star Wars game, one of my favorite rpgs (probably the best on xbox)

Great battle system. Amazing epic story really draws you in and makes you want to make the right choices and stay on the light side, although you can turn to the dark side. Great ending, with many multiple endings depending on whether you're light, dark or neutral. My first and favorite xbox game. A MUST BUY FOR ANY STAR WARS OR RPG FAN! You can pick it up for less than $10 used at gamestop; great bargain!

This game is awsome! It is so addicting. I recamend you get it even if you don't have an Xbox you can play it on your xbox 360. The first thing you do is pick a chracter. You can go to the light side or dark side, your face will change if you go to the dark side to make you look evil. The music is great and the story line is amazing. You don't have to like Star Wars to love this game!
