Enter Wet-Dry world, and set the water level so just the tip of the large gray spiral ramp is in the water. Swim around to the underside of the ramp, and swim up towards the ramp while jumping. If done correctly, you should fall down to the bottom of the level, and be able to move like normal under water.

Go to the area with the Pirrahna Plants and hit the switch. Run across the bricks and onto the island. Now get the coin and wait in that spot. You will be teleported to the pipe near the Pirrahna Plants again.

To unlock the cannon outside the castle,you have to defeat bowser on the final level.Use the cannon to shoot yourself up the castle.There will be three 1ups and a ? box for mario.

More mini-games
To unlock more mini-games in the rec room, catch a rabbit with the character you want more mini-games with. For example, catch a rabbit with Mario to get another Mario mini-game. Additionally, after you have been in Princess Toadstool's (Peach's) room with the big dresser and all the drawers, go outside in the front yard of the castle. You will need to be playing with Yoshi. You will see three rabbits grouped up together. If you go near them, they will run away very fast. Run after them and catch them with your tongue. The rabbit will plead to let it out. You will automatically spit it out. After it complains about you about almost swallowing it, it will give you a key to the drawers, which will unlock more mini games in the rec room for Yoshi. You will get three keys, because there are three rabbits.

Everybody says that the glowing rabbits get you more mini games if you catch them well,catching all of the rabbits gets you a key.The key opens the lockable room in the place where you can switch the characters.The room gets you a star.Note:The glowing rabbits show up once in a while and they are very fast.

First jump into the Mario painting in Princess Peach's room as Mario.Then go fight Goomboss and do a jump kick behind his back and you will recieve a mushroom that makes you big.Now you can take him on at his own level however the mushroom doesn't last long.
