Game Description

DIDDY KONG RACING has made enough of an impression on gamers throughout the years to spawn a spin-off, and this sequel to the N64 original takes the action to the skies. Choose one of seven characters to race as, enjoying a separate plotline for each. The idea is to win the gold cup on as many tracks as possible, attributing different skills (speed, agility, acceleration) to your racers. In addition to the standard racing options, you can actually have a full-fledged dogfight with all of your favorite personalities from the DONKEY KONG and SUPER MARIO franchises. The graphics are simply stellar, creating a near-3D environment in which to race, and there's even a motion sensor to adjust to your tilting of the console. The fun really starts rolling when four players get in on the excitement via link cables, though there are more single-player options than you can shake a stick at. Whether you're an age-old DIDDY KONG appreciator or a relative newcomer, you'll get plenty of thrills from this GBA classic.
