Deus Ex: Invisible War:
Invisible War
Here at Ion Storm, we sometimes describe the first Deus Ex game as being set 10 minutes before the apocalypse and describing the death of the old order. Similarly, we describe DEUS EX: INVISIBLE WAR as 10 minutes before the dawn of a new age, the birth of the new world. The events of the first Deus Ex game plunged the world into chaos and, now, 20 fictional years later, several groups want to set things right, determining the fate of mankind. There's a religious order that wants to unify the world's religions. Another group wants to sees salvation in uniting the world economically. Another wants to see the proliferation of human biomodification while another seeks to preserve the purity of the human race, eradicating biomodification entirely. More About Deus Ex: Invisible War.

This game was wanted by every hardcore gamer on the planet before it came out. The successor to one of the best games ever made- Deus Ex . Then it hit ! *THUD* Came up short on so many levels. This game is an example of the travisty that can happen by a development team trying to dumb down an excellent PC-only game for the consoles. Everything became generic and simplified...,the Graphic user interface, the ammo types, the levels,.all of it was treating PC users like 5-year olds. But of course, this is just my opinion. Please get it and try it out and see what you think.

God Mode Hack
This involves editing a game file so create a backup before proceeding.
Use a text editor to locate and edit user.ini in the system folder in the DX2 game directory. If the user.ini is read-only, discard its write-protection first before editting.
Locate the following lines:
; Player Damage multiplier - damage player takes from AIs
Difficulty_Player_Damage_Easy__d=1.0
Difficulty_Player_Damage_Normal__d=1.0
Difficulty_Player_Damage_Hard__d=1.25
Difficulty_Player_Damage_Real__d=1.75
Replace all the numerical values with 0.0 (you always need to include both the tenths place and ones place digits at the minimum) and you take no damage from enemy fire.
