Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2 (game & dance pad)

This is the game that got me into DDR

I was over at a friends' one day, when he pulled out his DDR mat and a copy of Dance Dance Revolution (EXTREME TWO) for the PlayStation 2. I had never ACTUALLY played DDR before in my life, but I had known the basic concept after seeing countless people play it at movie theaters (and other such places).

So, I starting playing, and I was immediately hooked. The charge you get from moving vigorously to play a game is amazing, and I was delightfully suprised when I got DDR Ultramix 3 on the Xbox (which I happen to like more, althought they both are fantastic DDR experiences).

If you don't have a PS2 and have an Xbox, get Ultramix 3. If you have a PS2 and don't have an Xbox, get Extreme 2. If you have both, do a heads or tails.

If you have a gamecube... well, you have Mario Mix, which is still damn awesome, since you're a dancing Mario (not as many songs, however). But don't even look at MC Groove. Just ignore its existance.
