Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Probably the biggest and most beautiful game to date, that is until Crysis hits shelves. Definitely one of the most epic storylines in any form of media around. And with over 200 sidequests and 180+ hours of gameplay, you'll never get bored. The PS3 version includes the Nights of the Nine and Shivering Isles expansions, and with such a large world your not likely to find everything there is to be found anytime soon. A must buy for ANYONE who enjoys videogames. Even someone new to videogames could make a good dent in this game. No multiplayer, but an Elder Scrolls MMO would be awesome.
The only reason to buy this for PC would be the myriad of mods available, but otherwise i think it looks better and runs smoother on consoles, especially the PS3.
If you enjoy the graphical style, Fallout 3 is being made on the Oblivion engine.
Wow.

I've only had this game a short time, but the amount of things to do in this game is amazing. I've never played such a fun game that lets you go and do anything you want. It's almost as if you have the entire world to yourself. I can't imagine how they will top this game, but something tells me the next version will be incredible beyond belief.
Freedom

Freedom is the name of the game in Elder Scrolls, if only every game put this much effort for quality. I've put about Thirty hours into the game so far and I haven't even scratched the surface of the depths of this game. You can do whatever you want and be whomever you choose. Sometimes you play a game and think to yourself "It would be cool if they did this...", well elder scrolls has you covered.

I'm not usually an RPG fan but this game is addicting. There are so many quests and things to do to keep you playing this game. The graphics are good but not the best. You can play this game for days and still not beat it, the game is extremely long. Gotta check this game out if you haven't already. Definetly worth the money to buy.
