Only the sender can cancel the trade and they need to go to Update Status to cancel the trade. Though it should refund you automatically but if not, please let me know and we will look into it and refund you manually if needed.

There's no such thing as a hard copy of something on the PSN. You can cancel the trade yourself if you change your mind, otherwise let me know if you want me to ship.
